The challenge: Build something that crawls… they built, they programmed, they tested… they re-designed, they rebuilt, they reprogrammed, they retested…. for hours.

We built Spike, we programmed Spike. Spike striked! Now Peter is dead… bummer.

We met, we built, we programmed, we played. The challenge: program your tribot to drive from the starting strip, knock down the blocks, and then drive through the gate.

Alpha Rex is looking good. We just built it yesterday; and we have barely begun to program it. We reget that we have but one week to give to our robot.

Peter, Leslie, and I went to a class two weeks ago in Bozeman. Debi, the instructor, had three robot kits and a big table with an ocean theme. She gave us diffferent challenges, which through trial and error programming, we were able to accomplish. In the above video, we have only just started to program the robot to accomplish the first challenge. We had to drive the robot to a “fish”, push it back, and then return to the “research vessel”.

Peter’s first run after building the robot. He’s just running the demonstration program right now. More exiting to programming to come…
